The master bedroom is very large, has its own bathroom and an adorable balcony just out the sliders. Ample sunlight is guaranteed by the southern and eastern exposure. very large mirrowed wall to wall closet and a private en suite bath.

2 other bedrooms sahre a bath upstairs , plus there is half bath on the main level as well. Both spare bedrooms have very nice large closets.

The 6 ft. privacy fence around the courtyard affords you a real feel of a home rather than just a condo with a small lanai. The A/C unit is just 4 years old, the flat top stove only 3 years, the dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice & filtered water in the door are also newer. The garbage disposal is brand new.

There is a community pool and schools are very close. Publix is just up the street

Fully loaded kitchen has full size refrig w/ice maker, blender, juicer, 4 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless sink..

A family friendly home it has been furnished to a very high standard in tropical 'Florida Style' decor which is delightful and fun as our gallery of photos attests. All the comforts of home with all the amenities of a 5 Star resort you'll find the Villa well-equipped with everything you need. Designed and built exclusively for rental the layout of the Villa was customized to provide guests privacy in the sleeping areas and generous, open spaces in the main living areas of the house with expansive glass overlooking the pool and deck. 2 Master Suites with King Size beds and two further bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each the house easily accommodates up to 8 people. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom which for large groups this is a much appreciated feature! A crib and high chair are available upon request.

A large screened in cage covers the oversized 16' X 24' electrically heated pool. Its south facing aspect allows you to enjoy Florida's Sun without moving your pool loungers. Heated year round 80-85 F for your comfort with lighting for nighttime swimming you may spend more time outdoors than inside. The pool deck area has 6 Sun Loungers, patio/lanai table seating for 8, a Gas BBQ as well as an assortment of pool toys, floats and pool volleyball equipment. A baby barrier fence is provided for safety around the pool.

For your entertainment, each of the 4 bedrooms has a TV w/ DVD player. Throughout the Villa High Speed Wireless Internet access is available (just bring your laptop) and Stereo Sound is controlled with individual speaker controls though the house and pool area. You’ll agree the family room has it all with a 32 inch Sony TV, DVD player, Playstation 2, Karaoke and includes a library of movies, music, games, and books.

No detail has been overlooked in the planning and outfitting of the Villa. We try to do everything within our ability to ensure you have the best possible time during your stay. For your pleasure, there are 4 Cadillac Eldorado Bicycles with helmets provided. These comfort cruisers bikes are alot of fun to ride. Rotonda has many quiet streets which are easy pedaling for all ages. The Cape Haze Pioneer Trail is just less than 2 miles from the Villa and is a paved bike path which runs about 15 miles from Englewood to Placida.

The golfers in your group will love Rotonda! With 7 golf courses within its boundaries and our 'house' golf membership our guests have Unlimited Golf during their stay. There are over 30 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of our home. Be sure to bring your clubs!

This complex is located about 3 1/2 miles west of the Light house and it is on the end of a deadend street. Located on 13 lush acres, the property has a heated pool, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts. On one side there is a wild life preserve and the other side is Signal Inn. The front of the complex faces the beach. Just a short walk(100 yards) on the boardwalk gets you to the beach.
These units have king beds in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room.There is a full washer & dryer. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. A screened in lanai with table, 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. 4 Adult bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella are also provide in the downstairs locker.
