In the heart of the French Alps, La Clusaz is an old Savoyard village, which still maintains much rural charm. You may wish to spend much of your time amongst the stunning scenery, but nearby are many places of interest that are well worth a visit. The beautiful town of Annecy on the banks of the lake of the same name is only 35 mins away. The old town of Geneva is one hour away. The old medieval village of Yvoire on the shores of Lake Geneva is worth a visit.

Vacation Rental Property

The chalet constructed in traditional wooden style and is quite spacious.The chalet has WiFi internet access available.There is a very large garden, perfect for sledding in winter and for BBQ's in summer.

The apartment, is one of 12 in a block, situated a 15 min walk from the village centre. There is a large balcony, which captures the sun for most of the day.

The chalet has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 - 1 double, 2 twin, 1 triple and 1 bunk room. An additional bed is available if required.There is a shower in the double room, and a separate shower room with a wc. There is also a separate wc.

The apartment is compact, but sleeps up to 5.There is a double bedroom, and a bunk bedroom. A further bed can be placed on the mezzanine, which leads to the double bedroom. There is a bathroom, with half sized bath and shower over. The wc is separate.

Amenities

The chalet has the following amenities: Fireplace (logs supplied) fully equipped kitchen, HiFi system, VCR, TV, DVD player. There is a small library, and a games box.

The apartment has a TV and DVD player.

B&B may be offered for a supplement in the chalet only.

Policies & Restrictions

No restrictions, but steps down to the chale, and up to the apartment, may make them unsuitable for persons with reduced mobility.
