Historic Gruene is one of the top tourist attractions in Texas. Greune Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and John Travolta filmed a movie there. Top musicians play every weekend. The is a Gospel Brunch, Market Days, dozen restaurants, shopping, spas, river tubing and rafting. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is very close by. Golf, parks, Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, area lakes for jet skis and wake boarding.

The Village at Gruene are brand new but designed to look old so they can blend in with the historic look of Gruene. The main building has the most condos and they face the river below and have spectacular views from the balconies and master bedrooms. The two poolside lofts are two story and stunning to look at.
The condos all have flat screens, granite counter tops, tile flooring, ceiling fans, elegant amenities. Fully furnished kitchens, new appliances. Washer/Dryer.

Walk down to the picnic tables and grills by the river or jump in the pool.

Each is a three bedroom with two full baths. Sleep 6 to 9 depending on the bed setup. The lofts have the master upstairs and are larger.
