Lincoln, New Hampshire is the most mountainous town in New Hampshire. It is conveniently located about 2 hours from Boston on I-93. Riverfront Condominiums is 2 miles from the I-93 interchange on the KancamagusHighway, a federal scenic bi-way. The area boasts outdoor activities all year round. Winter skiing, summer hiking, biking, swimming, golf, mountain climbing, rock climbing, kayaking, fishing, antiquing, great restaurants and childrens' activities.
Our condo is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplaced livingroom, dining room, kitchen, mudroom and deck. It's fully applianced, with microwave, capuccino maker, dishwasher, disposal, gas grill and more. It is located on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building. Has cathedral ceiling in the living room and is directly adjacent to the river. The complex is extremely quiet, and once you're inside, it is thoroughly private.The condominium has two heated pools open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It also has 4 Tennis courts. Our building is directly beside one of the pools and two of the tennis courts for easy access to these amenities.The East Branch of the Pemigewasset River flows behind the buildings and within walking distance of our building is a deep water swimming hole in the river. Huge granite boulders are on the bank of the swimming hole and (depending on the height of the river) there is often a small sandy beach area.

Lakes Region in NH really is always beautiful. Crystal Lake is no exception. The 444 Acre Lake is surrounded by the Belknap Mountain Range. Lake is also located 10 minutes from Alton Bay and big Lake "Winni" Crystal Lake is also 20 minutes from NHIS, and Shaker Village. The Weirs is about 20 minutes away and houses many attractions. Shopping is nearby in either Laconia or Concord

These housekeeping cottages have 2-3 bedrooms plus a double bed futon in the living room. They feature screened porches, a table for dining and lots of room to just relax. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you will need including a microwave, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Outside there are picnic tables, lawn furniture and a charcoal or gas grill. The fireplaced living rooms have plenty of space to relax and include a phone, wireless internet and cable TV with a DVD player. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing, boating or just playing in the sand on our 200 ft. of beachfront. Included is free firewood, use of a rowboat, canoe, paddleboat, shuffleboard, outdoor fire pit and 3 piers and a raft. Pets Welcome!

Alton Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee (15 minutes)Marina, restaurants, Dairy Queen, movie theater, miniature golf, live band dancing, stores, laundry. Mt. Washington cruise boat - 4 hour scenic cruises. Scenic train rides along the shore. Weirs Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee (larger recreational area - 45 minutes). Many other recreational activities, tours, scenic sights, antique shope, etc.
Seasonal Rental. Half Moon Lake, Barnstead, NH. Rustic waterfront cottage. Half Moon Lake is located near Route 28, about 20 miles northeast of Concord and seven miles south of Alton Bay, the southern tip of Lake Winnipesaukee. It is about 90 miles from Boston. This private lake is about two miles long and one mile wide. Good fishing for bass, pickerel and white perch. There are no public beaches. The cottage is 40 feet from shore on a private wooded lot located near the middle of the lake. One of the best views of the scenery amd lake activities. Enjoy the sunrise and spectacular sunsets. The cottage faces north so there's sun on the beach all day, but trees around the cottage provide shade for those who prefer limited sun exposure. There is a private sandy beach with a sturdy dock for diving and fishing. The cottage sleeps six. No pets. No smoking. No tents allowed. The interior consists of a large open living-dining-kitchen area, bedroom and bath. We retained a rustic charm with birch wall paneling and open ceilings, so you see the roof rafters. French doors open onto an enclosed porch. There is a queen size bed in bedroom, a twin bed and studio couch in day room (bedroom), and a full size bed and a studio couch on the front porch. There is a round oak table in the dining area. Kitchen cabinets are knotty cherry wood. An island counter separates the kitchen from the dining area. Shower in bath. There is a wood stove for heat if needed. The large screened porch (30' x 8') faces the lake, has sliding windows to enclose the porch at night or when it rains. There is a 8' formica table for dinning and enjoying the beautiful views of scenery and lake activities. At night the porch can become another bedroom - kids love to sleep there! Gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, formica counters, all small appliances (including a pop corn popper!), utensils, dishes, condiments and a AM/FM/CD/cassette radio. No TV. Bring linens, towels, food and drink - and suntan lotion. We provide a gas grill, 2 lawn chairs, 2 chaise lounges and a swing for small children. Bring your own favorite lawn chairs, etc.

Near Mount Sunapee State Park home of the "Gem Show" and the "Craftsmen's Fair", Lake Sunapee, New London, Hillsboro, Warner, Henniker, Concord. Damselfly Cottage is a wonderfully appointed with antiques, set on over an acre, this knotty pine 2 Bedroom lake house on the water. Sleeps 4 comfortably. One bedroom has a beautiful iron double bed, the other has 2 twin pineapple beds. Enclosed porch that overlooks the lake, less than 50 feet away. Indoor bath with tub, stone fireplace, kitchen with all the utensils you would need, BBQ grill, picnic table hammock, rowboat, paddle boat, private dock and sandy swimming area.
